5 Daily Practices to Uplift Your Vibration and Raise Your Energy

Discover 5 simple daily practices to raise your vibration, boost energy, and reconnect with your inner clarity with Anna Ugander’s guidance.

There are seasons in life when our energy feels naturally light and expansive. We wake up inspired, our bodies feel alive, and we move through the day with ease and joy. And then there are days when everything feels heavy, when our thoughts spiral, and when we lose touch with our inner spark.

I’ve experienced both. Over the years, I’ve come to see that our vibration is not fixed. It shifts with our thoughts, our choices, and our awareness. The good news is that we are not powerless. With small, conscious practices, we can raise our frequency, returning to the natural state of harmony and clarity within us.

These are five practices that I use regularly, especially in times when I feel drained, overwhelmed, or disconnected. They are simple, but when practiced consistently, they create profound transformation.

1. Morning Presence and Intention

The way we begin our mornings sets the tone for the entire day. For many years, I would jump out of bed and dive straight into my to-do list, carrying the weight of responsibilities before I even had a chance to breathe. Unsurprisingly, I often ended up feeling exhausted before the day had even begun.

Now, I start differently. I give myself a few minutes of stillness before I move. I place my hand on my heart, close my eyes, and simply breathe. In those quiet moments, I ask myself: “How do I want to move through this day?” The answer changes. Sometimes it’s peace, sometimes joy, sometimes courage or compassion.

This practice doesn’t erase life’s challenges, but it creates an anchor. Throughout the day, when distractions or stress arise, I return to the intention I set in the morning. It’s like carrying a gentle compass in my heart.

2. Connecting with Nature

Nature has always been one of my greatest teachers. The earth doesn’t hurry, the trees don’t question their worth, the rivers don’t resist their flow, and yet everything unfolds in perfect rhythm.

Even on my busiest days, I make time to step outside. Sometimes I walk barefoot on the grass, feeling the pulse of the earth beneath me. Other times I simply look at the sky, watch the clouds moving, or listen to the birds singing. These moments of connection remind me that I am part of something greater, that life itself is supporting me.

You don’t need an entire forest to reconnect. Even a few breaths of fresh air at your window, or a potted plant you care for daily, can bring you back to balance. The vibration of nature is always pure, and when we attune to it, our own energy rises.

3. Movement as Energy Flow

Energy loves to move. When we feel stuck, heavy, or uninspired, it’s often because energy in the body has become stagnant.

For me, movement is not about strict routines or exercise for the sake of achievement. It’s about freeing energy. Some mornings, I stretch gently and feel each muscle waking up. Other times, I put on music and allow my body to move however it wishes. No rules, just expression.

Dance, yoga, a walk in the forest, even a few mindful breaths with shoulder rolls. All of these invite energy to flow. Movement clears away tension and creates space for joy to rise. Every time I allow my body to express itself, I feel lighter, clearer, and more vibrant.

4. Gratitude as Daily Medicine

It’s easy to focus on what’s missing or what isn’t working. Our minds are often trained to scan for problems. Gratitude gently retrains our awareness to notice what is already abundant.

Each evening, I write down at least three things I am grateful for. Sometimes they are small and ordinary. The taste of warm tea, a kind smile, the softness of a blanket. Other times, they are big. A deep conversation, a creative breakthrough, or a moment of clarity in meditation.

The practice is not about ignoring difficulties. It’s about shifting perspective. When we anchor ourselves in gratitude, even for the simplest things, we create a vibration of appreciation. That vibration attracts more experiences to be grateful for. It is one of the most powerful medicines I know.

5. Light Practices of Energy Clearing

Throughout the day, we pick up energy from our surroundings. Conversations, environments, even the collective field. Sometimes, without realizing it, we carry heaviness that doesn’t even belong to us.

One of my favorite practices is to imagine myself surrounded by golden light. With each breath, I allow this light to cleanse, uplift, and expand my energy. Sometimes I light a candle and let the flame remind me of my inner spark. Other times, I use sage or palo santo to clear the space around me.

These rituals are simple, but they shift the atmosphere. They remind me that I have the power to release what doesn’t serve me and to return to a state of clarity and alignment.

Coming Back to Yourself

When we talk about raising our vibration, it can sound abstract, but in truth, it is deeply practical. Our vibration is shaped by the choices we make every day. The way we begin our mornings, the way we connect with the world, how we move, what we focus on, and how we care for our inner space.

These practices are invitations to return to yourself, again and again, with gentleness and presence. When you live from this place, not only do you uplift your own life, but your light naturally touches those around you.

Sometimes we need reminders. Sometimes we need companionship on the path. That’s why I share these writings, and it’s also why I hold space in my work. Whether through coaching, retreats, or simple conversations, I believe in creating spaces where we can breathe deeper, listen closer, and remember our own wisdom.
